My name is Amanda, and I’m a girlboss, wife, mom, and coffee enthusiast. I’m someone who has always had a passion for beautiful interiors, and I get incredible satisfaction from an organized space. I have a reputation for appreciating change – specifically when it comes to furniture arrangements in my home. Ever seen the movie Dark City where the entire city keeps getting changed around randomly? My husband jokes that that’s me.
The Put Together Home was created in 2015, after having heard for years that I should take my design and organization skills and put them out there for others to see. I decided to start blogging about my projects, and organization hacks. From there, the blog grew into me helping others with their projects and that’s where we are today. My purpose with The Put Together Home is to show that good design and organization is achievable, and I can show you how to make it happen.
When I’m not blogging, I’m working on building my skills 😎 and doing super cool things like making lists about stuff I can organize. I’m also a nerd – specifically when it comes to tech and coding.
My freelance experience started out with writing then expanded to social media management, and now covers SEO, social, and more.
I’ve designed branded content ranging from product labels to invitations, to business packages (like business cards, logos, etc).
Styling for photo shoots, professional settings,
or simply in a home – I love it all.
I specialize in SEO & web optimization, and dabble in digital & email marketing.
When my friend decided to craft unique candles as a Christmas present, she contracted me to design the label. Check my portfolio for more info.
